WORKSHOP DAYS & TIMES

Workshops can be booked starting at 1 class per week – same spot and time. 2 or more Workshops per week on book schedule. Full time on booking.

Each workstation has a cutting table and sewing machine and kit box.

Note: All students have 12 weeks to complete their 8 lesson courses, thereafter lessons forfeited.

Cancellation policy – 48 hours in advance, or students will forfeit the class.

CATCH UP AND MISSED WORKSHOPS

I would also just like to take this opportunity to re-iterate the conditions for changing and making up lessons that are missed within the courses and the discounted freestyle package.

1. For lessons that cannot be attended for any reason a 24hour notice must be given, the lessons will be forfeited if no notice has not been given. Naturally for unavoidable emergencies arrangements can be discussed, e.g. sudden illness
2. For courses that are not completed within the 8 weeks allocated an extra two lessons will be allowed at not extra cost. Should anyone for any reason not manage to complete the course within this allocated time frame, any further lessons needed will be charged for at freestyle rates to complete the course.

As everyone is aware i have a very flexible approach to lessons missed but to be able to maintain this flexible approach it is necessary to everyone to give timely notice of missed classes. This way anyone needing catch up classed can use the open spaces for catch up lessons. If everyone adheres to these conditions everyone will have opportunities to make up missed classes.

GUIDELINES & COURTESY RULES

1. Courses booked (usually over an 8 week period or by special arrangement) must be completed in a maximum of 12 weeks. Where upon leftover classes fall away (unless in case of emergencies)
2. At least 48 hour cancellation policy applies where upon missed lessons can be ‘banked’.
3. Please adhere to official class times.
4. Payment must be made before or on the day of course commencement.
5. Do not remove patterns or Burda magazines from the workshop, they are for everyone’s use and irreplaceable.
